Several German Tiger tanks were captured intact during the fighting for the liberation of France. Several of these machines were re-employed, but not in sufficient number to form a complete unit. Moreover, maintenance difficulties and lack of spare parts quickly led to the abandonment of these mechanical monsters. France, 1944.

French Tiger

Panhard designed this 8-wheel vehicle to meet requirements to a light and fast combat car. The only prototype appeared in 1939.Armament : one 37 mm cannon SA 38, one MG 7,5 mm / Crew: 2 men / Armor: 60mm / Speed: 80 km/h.
