SS-Obersturmbannführer, the commander of the SS-Panzer Grenadier Regiment 10 "Westland" / 5th  SS-Panzer Grenadier Division "Wiking". Recipiant of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. Killed in action on 10/10/1943 leading his men against Russian fortifcations around the Dněpru River.

Dr. Skalka, divisional doctor of 9th SS-Panzer-Division 'Hohenstaufen'. He saved on order of his commander 2000 british severely wounded british paratroopers during the Battle of Arnhem, Holland in September 1944.
