Clipped Nazi wings

A year after the Nazi surrender, a buddy and I were returning to Fürstenfeldbruck Army Air Base from a pass when we saw wreckages of Luftwaffe planes in a neighboring field. I took several photos, but I liked this one best. It won first prize in a base photo contest. The other photographers submitted pretty landscapes.
