Captain Wheeler lead his men of C Company, 26th Cavalry Regiment to defend a hill near the Abucay Line in Bataan. After the surrender of US-Fil Soldiers, Wheeler and some of his men merged with their Filipino comrades deep into the jungle to fight as Guerillas.
